Easter is spring most important festivity for Italians in general. A nice occasion that we like to share with our guests is Easter breakfast, when families invite relatives and friends for an early food feast that prepare everybody for a great day! The protagonist in Tuscany is the CIACCIA. Ciaccia with cheese or pancetta (bacon like but more peppery and seasoned) is the queen of the table.
