Our story began in 2013 with a simple vision: to create a truly complete and caring travel service for guests visiting Tuscany.
Drawing from diverse professional backgrounds, years of experience, and a shared love for our region, we founded AF Travel Ideas in 2014, an incoming tour operator based in Cortona, Tuscany.
From the very beginning, our mission has been to provide travelers with a modern, comprehensive vacation planning service — fully customized to their needs.
From booking the perfect accommodation to curating experiences that reflect each guest’s dreams, we handle every detail of the journey. And because true hospitality means care, we also assist with any unforeseen needs or issues during your stay, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.
At the heart of everything we do is a deep love and knowledge of our land, paired with professional expertise in tourism and hospitality.

Located in the enchanting town of Cortona, one of Tuscany’s most celebrated destinations, our company thrives in a setting rich in art, history, and culinary traditions.
Perched high above the Valdichiana valley, Cortona offers breathtaking views and serves as the perfect base for exploring Florence, Siena, Assisi, Rome, the Tuscan coast, or even the Abetone mountains — all within just a two-hour drive.
