One of the most interesting tasting experiences for those who want to get a real feel for the region that involves a history, amazing flavors and of course a glass of wine. 

We will visit  organic cheese farms in very scenic country setting. Here, you will learn the pecorino, ricotta and primo sale making process, see the milking facility and meet the farmers and cheese makers. 

You'll taste different cheeses paired with wine, local charcuteries and jams, local honey single flowers and multiflower honey and then have an hearty complete meal with all the farm artisan specialties. 

For the real enthusiasts, we propose the "Cheese-making Class Day":  led by one expert cheesemaker, you will learn more about the production process from start to finish and make 3 different kind of cheese and even your own small pecorino, which the dairy will mature and then send it out to you once ready.
