Payment & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. Our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of both our guests and the partners who help us create unforgettable experiences. Below, you’ll find all the details you need regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
To finalize the booking, we kindly require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation.
Final Payment
- The final balance is due no later than 7 days before the first scheduled tour date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If full payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation may be cancelled, and the deposit retained.
- Full payment at the time of booking is possible on request, and required for tours booked within 15 days of the tour date.
Cancellation Timeline
- 30 to 16 days before the tour:
50% of the deposit is non-refundable - 15 to 8 days before the tour:
The full deposit is non-refundable - 7 days or less before the tour:
The entire cost of the tour (deposit + balance) is non-refundable
If you decide to pay your balance earlier than 7 days, rest assured:
Should you need to cancel before the 7-day deadline, your balance payment will be fully refunded. Only the deposit will be retained, as per the timeline above.
Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your tour whenever possible. Just contact us with your new preferred dates, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that rescheduling depends on availability and may not guarantee the same services or pricing.
If We Cancel
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour and it cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, our cancellation policy is based on the number of days before your first scheduled tour — not on the timing of your final payment.The balance is due no later than 7 days before the first tour date to guarantee confirmation of services.
If you prefer, full payment can be made at the time of booking, either upon request or when booking within 15 days of the tour date.
Please note: If the balance is not received by the 7-day deadline, we may be forced to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit, as we are committed to confirming arrangements with our providers in advance.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the first tour date require full payment, as all services will have been secured and confirmed.
